The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed the Resolution "On the Report of the General Prosecution of Ukraine concerning Institution of Criminal Proceedings and Detention of Particular Persons"

At the plenary meeting of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on January 12, 2011, the General Prosecution presents the report on the grounds for institution of criminal proceedings and detention of particular persons.

The draft resolution is registered under Reg. No. 7545.
